This path led him from an EU policy advisor position at the Dutch retail trade association to consulting roles at Brussels-based firms. He now serves as a senior consultant at APCO’s Brussels office.

Thomas’s educational foundation is as diverse as his professional experience, holding a bachelor’s degree in languages from the University of Toulouse and a master’s in European policy and public affairs from Sciences Po Strasbourg, with additional studies in Cologne. His language skills, including fluency in French, English, Dutch, and intermediate German, enable him to engage effectively in multilingual environments and across cultural divides.
