Shuang Shan provides public affairs and government relations services to clients in the health sector. An Associate Director in APCO’s Beijing office, Shuang has experience analyzing policy trends, mapping regulatory landscapes and engaging with stakeholders.
Change is the only constant
Prior to joining APCO, Shuang worked as a research assistant at the 100K Strong Foundation. She has also worked at the U.S.-China Business Council providing support for their communication efforts.
Shuang holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from American University in Washington, D.C. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
