Sena Bölükoğlu brings a unique blend of expertise in advocacy, stakeholder engagement and executive positioning, helping leaders and organizations strengthen their influence on the global stage. As an Associate Director and a member of APCO’s Office of the Executive Chairman team, Sena has shaped external engagement strategies, managed high-level stakeholder relationships and delivered communication campaigns. Building on her experience supporting projects across the U.S. and the Middle East, she combines an international outlook with a passion for connecting people and ideas on global platforms including the World Economic Forum Davos, United Nations General Assembly, World Government Summit and others.

Prior to joining APCO, Sena was a graduate researcher at the Global Network of Women Peacebuilders in NYC. She also held various research and teaching roles at National Taiwan University in Taipei and Koc University in Istanbul.
Sena holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology and a master’s degree in global affairs from New York University.
