Scott specializes in campaigns that align communications strategy with business and legal objectives. He brings deep experience in integrated federal and state public affairs, executive counsel, stakeholder engagement and media relations. His work spans the financial services, energy and health sectors, where regulatory complexity and public scrutiny demand communications that are measured, concise and effective.

Prior to joining APCO, Scott held communications and public affairs roles at NASA and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and entrepreneurship from UNC-Chapel Hill. He resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
