Santosh Tiwari brings over 25 years of experience in media, thought leadership, public policy, government and industry relations and media management to his role. With a deep understanding of macro-economic and financial issues, he is part of a wider network of industry and policy research groups, including those in the government. Santosh currently serves as a director in APCO’s Delhi office.

Prior to joining APCO, Santosh was a print and television journalist. He was also instrumental in transforming the operations and positioning of India’s largest industry chamber, FICCI, as well as associated with leading media houses in India, including Indian Express Group (The Financial Express), India Today (TV Today Network) and Business Standard.

Santosh has in-depth analytical writing experience on global and domestic strategic and socio-economic issues for national dailies like The Pioneer, Hindustan Times and Times of India. He has also been a TV and radio commentator on public broadcasters.

Santosh worked closely with FICCI’s presidium for three years, advising the leadership on policy issues and outreach and building narratives and communication plans for the organization’s top management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics and has earned a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School Online that allowed him to gain leadership insights in sustainable business strategy, global business and disruptive strategy. Santosh has also acquired insights on handling emerging tech world with the help of a PG Certificate in Tech Leadership & Innovation from MIT.
