Sally Xu is an associate consultant at APCO, based in Beijing.
Prior to joining APCO, Sally worked at the China Global Television Network (CGTN) and the British Chamber of Commerce in China. At the British Chamber, she started as a policy analyst focused on the health care and energy sectors, before transitioning to lead the organization’s government engagement and advocacy initiatives.
Sally holds a master’s degree in international public policy from University College London.
