Rotem Hinkis, an associate director in APCO’s London office, provides government affairs support, digital strategy plans, social media management and tracking, and strategic analysis for APCO’s global clients in the nonprofit, technology, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, health care, clean-tech, oil & gas, and energy sectors. As part of her work, Ms. Hinkis utilizes several social listening, grassroots online engagement and digital insights tools.
Ms. Hinkis conducts research and provides analysis regarding industry trends, and creates public positioning plans, competitive landscape analysis reports, and strategic branding initiatives for clients across a wide array of sectors. She began her tenure with APCO in the company’s Tel Aviv office as its health-care and digital lead and has since moved to London.
Before joining APCO, Ms. Hinkis worked in the fields of publishing, education, and social media management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles. Originally from California, Ms. Hinkis is a native English speaker and fluent in Hebrew. In 2021, Ms. Hinkis was named Digital Professional of the Year by the PRCA.
