Rosie Driscoll has ten years’ experience advising clients on their communications to financial markets and key stakeholder groups including investors, sell side analysts, employees and the business and investment press. As a director in APCO’s Capital Markets practice, based in New York, she develops and implements bespoke programmes to amplify her clients’ strategic objectives and investment propositions. She transferred to the New York office in January 2025 from the London team and continues to work closely across both geographies.

Rosie has supported clients through a range of transactions including M&A, IPO, takeover bids, restructuring and fundraising, as well as advising on repositioning mandates to support her clients’ valuations, partnering closely with other advisers.
Rosie joined APCO as part of the acquisition of Camarco in March 2023. She graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts and started her career at Instinctif Partners, the international strategic corporate and financial consultancy.
