Rodrigo created and oversaw the AMA’s social responsibility program that outstrips industry standards.

As CMO of Johnson Publishing Company, Rodrigo provided business, marketing, and branding direction, reviving legacy brands EBONY, JET, & Fashion Fair Cosmetics. He led a digital and social media transformation and established national partnerships that garnered effective media coverage. At Integrys Energy Group, Rodrigo guided the company through a merger, and a critical initiative to “re-invent” energy assistance to low-income customers, increase revenue and avert reputational risk.
