Rashika Vij is an associate consultant in APCO’s Mumbai office, with over four years of experience in trade and investment facilitation, government affairs and public policy. Her career spans key roles in advising global and domestic CXOs on market entry, strategic partnerships, business expansion, operations, consolidation and aftercare. Rashika’s expertise lies in guiding companies in business planning and advisory, strategy and implementation and in fostering long-term partnerships and collaborations. A skilled communicator, Rashika has developed strong relationships with key stakeholders across government and business.

Prior to APCO, Rashika worked as an investment specialist with Invest India, the national investment promotion and facilitation agency of the Government of India where she led and facilitated inbound investments in the healthcare sector under the Government of India’s flagship ‘Make in India’ initiative.
Rashika holds a Master of Arts degree from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
