Randi Jones is a dynamic health expert with proven leadership in strategy, operations, health care delivery, public health and equity. Passionate about driving meaningful change, she partners with health care clients to craft innovative solutions that tackle the sector’s most complex challenges. As a Director, Health in APCO’s Health practice based in Raleigh, Randi combines strategic insight with a deep commitment to advancing human-centered care and improving outcomes across communities.

Prior to joining APCO, Randi was with UNC Health where she coordinated strategy formation, change management initiatives and policy and program development for various departments. In her last role with UNC Health, she served as the inaugural director of Health Equity and ushered the organization through cultural and structural transformations to dismantle inequities. The efforts she led during the COVID-19 pandemic received state and national recognition for its innovative strategies and success in advancing equity.
Randi holds a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s degree in health administration, both from the Gilling’s School of Global Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
