Rachael Siefert, senior director and APCO Worldwide’s North America digital strategy practice lead, has a decade of digital and social media experience. Ms. Siefert is responsible for a variety of work including leading and developing digital strategy, designing and leading digital research projects, managing the development and maintenance of websites and social media properties, and managing content development across digital properties. She has experience managing large, integrated campaigns for issues, brands and coalitions. Since joining APCO, she has managed and coordinated several large paid media campaigns across print, digital and social media.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Siefert was a senior account executive at Vanguard Communications where she managed government and nonprofit client accounts with a focus on social change issues including children’s mental health, sustainable agriculture and energy. While at Vanguard, she also managed the organization’s social media accounts and served as editor of the corporate blog.
Ms. Siefert received a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Salisbury University. She also received a Master of Arts in public communication from American University.
