Priya Munro works across a range of global clients, leading the teams and managing communications for major events in the MENA region. She also provides support developing new business opportunities in the Pacific region. As a senior director in the Office of the Executive Chairman, and with over twenty-five years of industry experience, Priya is routinely involved in some of APCO’s largest and most challenging client projects, including leading the teams for the Qiddiya giga-project, the World Economic Forum Special Meeting in Saudi Arabia, the World Travel and Tourism Council Global Summit and the Financial Sector Conference.

Priya began her career as a journalist, presenting, reporting and producing for some of the world’s most well-known news channels, including the BBC, Sky News, France 24, and CNN. She lived in the Middle East between 2009 and 2021 and has worked both agency and client side in Cairo, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh.
Before joining APCO, Priya was head of communications for Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), leading all internal and external communications for the company’s five airports, training academy and duty-free business.
She has a Bsc in Genetics from the University of Nottingham and currently resides in New Zealand.
