Philipp Jago is an associate director at APCO and is based in New York. He specializes in fintech and financial services and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services practice. At APCO, Mr. Jago takes a particular interest in the ways technology is transforming the financial services industry and works directly with subject matter experts in crafting accessible, engaging materials for an organization’s various stakeholders.
Prior to joining APCO, Mr. Jago was an account manager at Caliber Corporate Advisers, a marketing and communications agency for fintech & financial services based in New York and Austin. At Caliber, he worked for a wide variety of clients, including large corporations, industry groups, startups and nonprofits. He also held a position with NY-based public relations firm Spector & Associates, which specializes in aerospace & defense, industrial/engineering, and other high technology sectors.
Mr. Jago earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies & Communication Studies from the University of Leipzig, Germany, and an Master of Arts in Corporate Communication from Baruch College, City University of New York. He is fluent in English and German.
