Phil Olesen is a strategic advisor on health policy and public affairs, supporting pharmaceutical and health care organisations operating across Asia Pacific and Europe. As an Associate Director in APCO’s Singapore office, he works with clients to shape access and reimbursement discussions, engage policy stakeholders and strengthen their role within national health systems.
Prior to joining APCO, Phil held roles in both industry and consultancy, including at Gilead Sciences, where he supported policy and communications initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. He has worked across APAC and EMEA markets, delivering programmes spanning consumer health, advanced therapies and rare diseases.
Phil holds a master’s degree in Medicine, Health and Public Policy from King’s College London.
