Phat Parkpien draws on her extensive experience in the non-profit and research sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare and sustainable development industries, to help clients navigate the regulatory landscape and advocate for meaningful causes. As a Consultant in APCO’s Bangkok office, Phat has worked with clients across diverse sectors, including healthcare, technology, tourism and non-profits, providing expertise in stakeholder engagement, public policy intelligence and corporate reputation management.

Prior to joining APCO, Phat worked for non-profit organizations in Bangkok, Thailand focusing on issues that ranged from area-based sustainable livelihood development to epidemiology (HIV & STIs) research. Her responsibilities included program management, health communications, advocacy campaigning and research.
Phat holds a master’s degree in Brands, Communication and Culture from Goldsmiths, University of London, a bachelor’s degree in English from Chulalongkorn University, and a certificate in Epidemiology for Global Health from the University of Washington.
