Paula Ribeiro brings a strong background in Latin American geopolitics and international affairs, leveraging her expertise in research, policy analysis and cross-cultural communication to support strategic initiatives. As a member of the Office of the Executive Chairwoman, Paula plays a vital role in managing projects and providing insights related to the Latin American region, ensuring high-impact outcomes for clients and stakeholders. She currently serves as a project assistant based in Washington, D.C., with a focus on Latin America.

Prior to joining APCO, Paula gained valuable experience in advocacy and international relations through internships with influential organizations. Having moved from Brazil to the United States in 2017, she combines a deep understanding of Latin America’s cultural and political landscape with her experiences in the U.S. At the National Council of Resistance of Iran – U.S., she contributed to research and publications that raised awareness about the crises facing Iran. Additionally, as a public policy intern at the Embassy of Israel to the United States, she was instrumental in planning and executing public policy events, drafting official communications and preparing press materials to strengthen diplomatic engagement.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, with minors in History and Public Policy. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of French. Her academic foundation, linguistic skills and regional expertise enable her to navigate complex global issues and deliver meaningful contributions.
