Oli Leroy currently leads litigation and arbitration within APCO’s geopolitical practice, Global Solutions, and serves as a Director based in APCO’s London office. Oli specializes in litigation communications, dispute resolution and crisis management. His clients include governments, high net worth individuals and multinational corporations engaged in commercial litigation, international arbitration, white collar cases and asset recovery. Oli has specific expertise in investor-state dispute settlement, rule of law and human rights – related claims, and countering disinformation.

Oli’s previous experience includes helping the majority shareholders of Yukos oil enforce an arbitral award of over $50 billion against the Russian Federation; assisting a major mining company seeking to recover a stolen asset in Africa; countering disinformation around a long-running international dispute for a Ministry of Justice; defending the reputation of a businessman targeted by false allegations in a European country; helping a leading law firm defeat corporate raiding attempts against a major corporation in a CIS country; and helping a high net worth individual identify and recover assets in a global art-related dispute.

Prior to joining APCO in 2015, Oli experience was at the European Commission and the cabinet of the Secretary General of the OECD. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University and a Masters in European Public Policy from University College London. He speaks English, French and Italian.
