Pai

Dr. Niranjan Pai is a senior associate director with APCO, based in the firm’s Mumbai office. He focuses on the health care sector and other allied developmental areas, including nutrition, food, gender and sustainability. His experience ranges from providing clinical services to people in resource constrained environments, the use of technology in optimizing health care services, and providing health care advisory services and technical support to governments and international agencies/foundations.

Prior to joining APCO, Dr. Pai was a core team member involved in advocacy and establishing partnerships for a USAID – Ministry of Health initiative aimed at improving health care service delivery in collaboration with the Federal and State Governments in India. He also advised multilateral organizations, corporate foundations, Government and INGOs on a range of subjects including public health, education, gender equity, child protection, environment, sanitation, aid efficiency and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Dr. Pai holds a post-graduate degree in Medicine (M.D) and was awarded a Gold Medal for his performance in his Masters in Public Health (MPH) program, which he completed with specialization in IT in health care.
