Bullish on Sustainability
Michelle Lapadula leads client work across APCO Impact specializing in ESG and sustainability strategy, research, communications and reporting. As an Associate Director in APCO’s New York office, she has advised corporations, foundation and nonprofits across industries including financial services, transportation, technology and health. She also helps lead APCO’s Responsible Business team which makes progress on APCO’s own responsible business journey through sustainability-related reporting, data, policies and strategy.
Prior to joining APCO, Michelle worked with Bloomberg Associates, the pro-bono municipal consulting arm of Bloomberg Philanthropies, on their media and digital strategies team. She also has experience as a research assistant at NYU’s Center for Sustainable Business working on their Invest NYC SDG initiative which facilitates public/private partnerships for New York City to reach its sustainable development goals.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree from Yale University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from NYU’s Stern School of Business with specializations in sustainable business & innovation and marketing.
