Ly Thi Van Ha is a senior director in APCO’s Hanoi office with expertise in legal consultation, regulatory advisory and issue management.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Ha spent 13 years with a leading Vietnamese investment and law firm to provide consultation on market entry projects for multinational companies. She has extensive experience dealing with government agencies, both at the central and local level in Vietnam. Having a good insight of the Vietnamese markets and consumers, she also holds a key role in APCO Vietnam’s strategic communications practice. She has provided communication counsel, corporate communication, crisis and issue management as well as government relation for client in health care, ICT and FMCG industries. Currently, Ms. Ha has deep experience working with U.S.-based organizations in government relations, regulatory analysis, advocacy and event management in Vietnam.
Ms. Ha graduated from the National University’s Law Faculty with a Bachelor of Law and Cinema and Theatre College’s Critical Faculty with a Bachelor of Art.
