Ly Ha’s expertise lies in legal consultation, regulatory advisory, issue management and corporate communication. Having a good insight of the Vietnamese markets and consumers, Ly also holds a key role in APCO Vietnam’s strategic communications practice. She has provided communication counsel, event management, crisis and issue management as well as government relation for clients in health care, ICT and FMCG industries. Currently, she is providing supporting for a U.S. medical device association in government relations, regulatory update and advocacy and event management in Vietnam. Ly currently serves as a Senior Director in APCO’s Hanoi office.
Prior to joining APCO, Ly spent 13 years with a leading Vietnamese investment and law firm to provide consultation on market entry projects for multinational companies. She has extensive experience dealing with government agencies, both at the central and local level in Vietnam.
Ly graduated from the National University’s Law Faculty with a bachelor’s degree in law and Cinema and Theatre College’s Critical Faculty with a Bachelor of Art.
