Lucas Browne specializes in China affairs and American government. Lucas currently serves as a Consultant based in APCO’s New York office. Lucas’ expertise in government and international affairs assists with market entry, ESG strategy development, and geopolitical risk management.
Before joining APCO’s New York team, Lucas was an intern in APCO’s Shanghai office.
Lucas graduated cum laude from American University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, legal studies, economics, and government (CLEG) and he is a member of the National Political Science Honors Society, Pi Sigma Alpha.
