Lucas Browne is an associate consultant at APCO and is based in New York. He specializes in China affairs and American government. Mr. Browne’s expertise in government and international affairs assists with market entry, ESG strategy development, and geopolitical risk management.
Before joining APCO’s New York team, Mr. Browne was an intern in APCO’s Shanghai office.
Mr. Browne graduated cum laude from American University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, legal studies, economics, and government (CLEG) and he is a member of the National Political Science Honors Society, Pi Sigma Alpha.
