Luca Negro is a project consultant specializing in financial services and market infrastructure at APCO, based in Brussels. His primary focus is on regulatory issues and public affairs within the financial sector. Since joining APCO, Luca has also been supporting clients in Technology sector, with a specific focus on copyright and piracy issues.
In addition to his role at APCO, Luca served as the head of communications for Blockchain for Europe, an industry association dedicated to promoting blockchain-based innovation across the continent.
Prior to joining APCO, Luca gained several years of experience in the hospitality sector.
Luca holds a degree in law and a master’s degree in international relations, both from the University of Turin. He also holds a master’s degree in China Studies from Zhejiang University.
He speaks fluent Italian, French and English, with a basic knowledge of Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
