Previously, a consultant to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Kartikey has supported Indian government’s senior leadership on foreign policy research and strategic priorities. His work with the government also spanned key sectors such as skill development, migration and mobility, trade and foreign policy, giving him broad exposure to policy formulation and inter-governmental coordination.
Kartikey is a lawyer qualified to practice in India and holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Edinburgh.
