Judi Kletz, IAC member at APCO, has over 35 years of expertise developing strategic partnerships to create differentiated holistic platforms to drive quantifiable results. Serving in four functions (Sales, Marketing, Communications, Industry Affairs) at the world’s largest CPG, Procter & Gamble, provides her with a unique perspective of the industry. She is best known for taking on work with no defined path and creating new capabilities. Most recently, she led the North America Industry Affairs team with responsibility for US Trade Associations, Trade Media, Industry and Sales Executive Communication. She developed the first ever Sales Reputation plan to include integrated print/online, events/conferences. In addition, she revamped the US trade media accelerating P&G’s Share of Voice and Reputation to the #1 position.

Today, Ms. Kletz leverages her unique insights and perspectives that served as the foundation of her work in corporate America to assist clients with strategic focus, marketplace engagement and ROI in (1) Strategic Partnerships: Identification/Access, C-Suite Engagement: Retailers, Not for Profits, (2) Ideation: Partner Engagement, Development of Thought Leadership, Reputation, (3) Amplification & Delivery: Communications Activation: Access to Trade Media, Digital, Events, and (4) Program Measurement: ROI, Share of Voice, Reputation.

In her tenure, she held multiple industry committee and chair seats in CPG trade associations, including FMI, CBA, NACDS. She also served as P&G’s Communication Lead for the Network of Executive Women (NEW). She has received multiple awards, including the 2016 Women of Excellence Award, 2019 Top Women in Health and Beauty Award and, most recently, the 2020 Top Women in Grocery Trailblazer Award.

Her personal passion and arguably her greatest strength is in the NGO space. Her innate ability to bring together disparate groups to align, create and execute strategic top to top partnerships is best in class. Her client list includes AARP, USO, Special Olympics, Operation Homefront, American Heart Association to name a few.

Ms. Kletz is a graduate of Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting.
