Jonathan Friedman advises on legal issues concerning APCO’s entities around the globe. He currently serves as General Counsel and is based in APCO’s Washington office.
Jonathan’s work includes negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts and providing day-to-day corporate counsel and counsel on compliance matters such as the Lobbying Disclosure Act, Foreign Agents Registration Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He is also responsible for structuring and documenting business transactions and providing general corporate counsel.
