Jiaxin Li is a Senior Consultant in APCO’s Brussels office, specialized in government affairs and strategic communications. Having worked in both APCO Beijing and APCO Brussels, she advises multinational companies navigating China’s policy environment and Chinese companies expanding in Europe.

At APCO, Jiaxin has a long-standing focus at the intersection of geopolitics, technology, trade, and supply chains, with an international perspective understanding both European and Chinese developments. She has supported clients across the technology, retail, and manufacturing sectors, advising them on market access, public affairs strategy, corporate positioning, and cross-border engagement. She is also passionate about fostering dialogue across cultures and building meaningful relationships among policymakers, businesses, and broader stakeholder communities.
Before joining APCO, Jiaxin worked at the sports channel of Xinhua News Agency, where she conducted interviews with leading athletes and contributed English-language coverage of the Beijing Winter Olympics. She also gained experience in corporate communications at Allison+Partners, supporting communications programs for several Fortune 500 companies.
Jiaxin holds a Master of Public Administration from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics and Economics from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She also studied Social and Political Sciences at the University of Edinburgh. She speaks Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, and is currently learning French and Spanish.
