Jane Zhuang works at the intersection of public affairs and strategic communications strategies. With extensive experience collaborating with multinational corporations across diverse sectors such as financial services, technology, consumer goods and healthcare, Jane excels in enhancing client reputations through targeted government relations and thought leadership initiatives. As a Associate Director in APCO’s Shanghai office, Jane is a working a member of the Asia Geo-Commerce practice. She has also worked closely with the global team to guide Chinese enterprises through the complexities of cross-border political and regulatory landscapes.
Prior to joining APCO, Jane worked at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, supporting multinational companies on government relations and CSR issues.
Jane holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University, where she specializes in international finance and economic policies. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in international politics from Fudan University in Shanghai. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
