James Nason

James Nason is senior director, head of UK Public Affairs at APCO Worldwide and is based in London. He specializes in energy & environment, transport, financial services and local and national government campaigns and is a member of the firm’s public affairs practice. His role is to further grow and broaden the UK public affairs offer on the basis of having over two decades of experience in UK Public Affairs having worked for a range of consultancies and in almost every sector.

Prior to joining APCO, Mr. Nason led a 25 strong UK Government Affairs team at one of the leading business communication consultancies in London. Before entering consultancy, he worked for the Conservative Party’s Research Department.

In the last year, Mr. Nason was recognised by Mace Magazine as one of the top 100 political consultants in the UK.
