Jacob Moroza-Rasmussen specializes in EU and national member states political landscapes and policies, advising strategically and helping navigating clients successfully as a trusted partner and advisor. He brings with him a background of both business management and experience with both national and European political landscapes, which gives a unique perspective to support our clients. He currently serves as a Senior Director based in Brussels.
Before joining APCO, Jacob was the secretary general for the European Liberal Party, the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) Party for 11 years. In this role he was responsible for the overall strategic direction, resource management and growth of the ALDE Party, as well as for further developing the relationship with national member parties and its community of stakeholders.
Jacob also worked at Hartmann Packaging where he held various positions, such as managing director of their factory in Finland, head of the Operational Excellence program across all production sites in Europe and in charge of evaluating internal investment cases in the turnaround plan for the company. Before that he worked in Denmark’s main telecommunication company, TDC, as finance director for their IT division.
Jacob is a graduate in Strategy and Business Management from Aalborg University, which he later supplemented with an INSEAD course on Management Acceleration Program.
Hailing from Denmark and having also lived and worked in Lithuania and Finland on top of his network in these countries, he is especially well connected in the Nordics and Baltic countries.
