Isaac Liu supports the Asia-Pacific technology practice providing government relations, corporate strategic partnerships and market intelligence to a broad range of clients. He has experience growing industry coalitions and facilitating media opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. Isaac is a consultant based in APCO’s Singapore office.
Prior to joining APCO, Isaac was a portfolio manager for a family office in Singapore, where he conducted due diligence and feasibility assessments on investment proposals and solicited investment opportunities for capital projects across Southeast Asia. Before that, he was part of a team that established an international school in Cambodia and led the business and regional operations team in achieving revenue targets and facilitating industry relations.
Isaac holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of London and is currently pursuing a Masters in Asian Studies at the Nanyang Technological University’s (NTU) S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS).
