Ilinca Bogaciov specializes in digital policy and is a member of the firm’s technology practice. Ilinca currently serves as a senior consultant based in APCO’s Brussels office. At APCO, Ilinca currently assists with advising companies in the technology sector on public affairs and communications issues.
Prior to joining APCO, Ilinca was based in London, where she gained experience in advocacy, policy monitoring and analysis by working at consultancies Public First, Mercury London and Dods. Previously, she was a trainee at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on international development cooperation issues. Beyond technology and digital, her policy interests include migration, security and human rights.
Ilinca holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Leiden University in the Netherlands and a master’s degree in international peace and security from King’s College London. She is fluent in English, Romanian, and Spanish.
