Glyn Cozart Chaney is a director with APCO Global Solutions based in the firm’s Washington office. She supporting the group’s business development and client needs across the CIS, with a primary focus on commercial disputes and international litigation. A Russian speaker, she works with clients to protect and grow their businesses in the region by helping them communicate effectively with domestic and international stakeholders.

Ms. Cozart Chaney formerly worked as program manager of the U.S.-Kazakhstan Business Association, an independent, non-profit organization that promotes U.S. economic and commercial cooperation with Kazakhstan.

Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Cozart Chaney was a Fellow with the Alfa Fellowship Program in Moscow. As part of the fellowship, she worked at PBN H+K Strategies as an account manager on the government relations team, working with corporate clients across the pharmaceutical, sportswear, energy, and space sectors. She has also completed work placements with Medtronic’s global government relations team, the U.S.-Russia Business Council, and the Department of Commerce, Office of Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia.

Ms. Cozart Chaney has a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Philosophy, a Minor in Economics and a certificate in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. She has an master’s in Eurasian, Russian and East European studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
