Gabrielle Muhlberg is a consultant at APCO and is based in Brussels. She specializes in European public affairs for sustainable finance, capital markets, and market infrastructure and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services team.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Muhlberg was at FTI Consulting where she worked on market infrastructure, sustainable finance, banking, and insurance. Previously, she worked in government relations and political affairs for Deutsche Börse.
Ms. Muhlberg holds a master’s degree in international trade & investment law and a bachelor’s degree in European law, both from Maastricht University.
