Frank Krikhaar is an ESG and sustainability leader with more than ten years’ in-house and consultancy experience. He has advised boards, leaders and executive teams of leading global companies on all aspects of ESG and sustainability, focusing specifically on the role that communications play in developing successful strategies, delivering engaging communications and organising for systemic change. He serves as head of ESG at Camarco, an APCO company.

Throughout his career Frank has advised a range of B2C and B2B businesses including companies within financial services (M&T Bank, UBS), energy (Tullow Oil, Cepsa and Savannah Energy) and shipping (Royal Boskalis, Clarksons). He has also worked with leaders in FMCG (Nestle, Sainsburys), fashion (Gucci, Bestseller, Adidas), industrials (DS Smith, Greiner, Polypipe) and technology (Match, Publicis).
Frank was previously director of consulting & communications at Salterbaxter and Brunswick/MerchantCantos. Before that he was the head of sustainability at Dentsu Aegis Network. Frank has been recognised with more than 10 awards in ESG and sustainability including the Best Sustainability Disclosure for a FTSE 250 company.
