Eva Bialobrzeski works with a range of cross-functional teams, contributing to projects focused on public affairs, international advisory and stakeholder engagement. As a Consultant in APCO’s Office of the Executive Chairman, Eva assists clients in assessing and comprehending urgent global developments, devising strategic frameworks, developing communication plans, creating content and effectively managing stakeholders to optimize growth and impact.
Prior to working at APCO, Eva managed CNCS-funded literacy programs and supported an international economic initiative in Les Cayes, Haiti. Additionally, she has supported programmatic and research projects at the UN Foundation, Catholic Relief Services and the World Bank. Eva has conducted extensive research and is a published author of several peer-reviewed papers on topics ranging from international comparative politics to women in leadership and adaptation action for climate change.
Eva holds a Master of Public Policy with a specialization in International Development Policy and a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Community Action and Social Policy from the University of Maryland. She received her B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is proficient in Polish.
