Eva Bialobrzeski is an associate consultant in APCO’s Office of the Executive Chairman. She collaborates with various teams across APCO, contributing to initiatives focused on climate, public affairs, international advisory, and gender. She assists clients in assessing and comprehending urgent global developments, devising strategic frameworks, and effectively managing stakeholders to optimize growth and impact.
Prior to working at APCO, Ms. Bialobrzeski managed CNCS-funded literacy programs and supported an international economic initiative in Les Cayes, Haiti. Additionally, Ms. Bialobrzeski has supported programmatic and research initiatives at the UN Foundation, Catholic Relief Services, and the World Bank. Ms. Bialobrzeski has conducted extensive research and is a published author of several peer-reviewed papers on topics ranging from international comparative politics to women in leadership and adaptation action for climate change.
Ms. Bialobrzeski is proficient in Polish. She holds a Master of Public Policy with a specialization in International Development Policy and a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Community Action and Social Policy from the University of Maryland. She received her B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
