Eugenio Serra is a senior consultant in APCO’s Rome office. He is specialized in public affairs as well as in policy and legislative analysis in a wide range of topics, from tech and energy to tourism and SMEs.
Before joining APCO, Mr. Serra worked as legislative monitor expert and, previously, as a legal trainee in a boutique law firm. He graduated in European and transnational law from the University of Trento, and he holds a Master of Arts in Economics, with a focus on European Economic Governance, from Luiss University in Rome.
