Emma Togni is an Associate Director, Digital and digital specialist based in APCO’s Milan office. With a background in humanities, Emma started her career at communication agencies in Italy and then in the UK. For eight years she was chief marketing officer in the digital and innovation sector, working for a global network. From branding to social media, marketing to strategic management, she has leveraged these intersecting skills, creative thinking and international experience to drive her career path and growth. She is always curious about combining the latest technologies, especially GenAI, with strategic thinking to draft winning campaigns, gather insights and craft digital strategies.

Emma received her degree in Marketing and International Management in Reading (London). Given her passion for digital platforms and create thinking, while working she also studied Digital Product Management at the Talent Garden Innovation School in Italy and then in Prompt Design.
