Edward Zeinoun is a project consultant at APCO and is based in Brussels. Mr. Zeinoun works in APCO’s Sustainability, Energy, and Mobility Practice. He specializes in circular economy and energy, and he researches the related EU legislation for clients working on decarbonization and sustainable practices. His main projects include lobbying and research on the decarbonization of shipping through alternative fuels, construction of alternative fuels infrastructure across European roads, and the sustainability and circularity of products on the European market.
Prior to joining APCO, Mr. Zeinoun worked on EU communications and political research as part of his education, with a specific focus on the environment and climate change prevention policy. He also has experience with the Lebanese local public administration sector.
Originally from Lebanon, he speaks English and Arabic fluently, with a professional level of French. Since arriving in Belgium in 2019, he began learning Dutch, and now conducts research for the Brussels office in all four languages. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs from the Lebanese American University, a master’s degree in international politics from KU Leuven, and a master’s degree in communications and journalism from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
