As a “mobile global” executive and positive disrupter, she has honed a 35+ year career across sales, operations, marketing, digital, and social distribution channels to transform some the world’s most recognizable brands including Crystal Cruises Corporation, Royal Caribbean’s Azamara Club Cruises, Carnival Corporation’s Cunard, Seabourn and Carnival brands and Ponant Cruises. As an award-winning leader with strong corporate governance, financial and business acumen, she is an asset to a board seeking to establish market leadership and global brand dominance.
Ms. Rodriguez is a member of the board of directors for the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) and serves as chair of the STA’s Nominating and Remuneration Committee. Previously, she was also a special advisor and executive committee member for a Public Investment Fund project. Ms. Rodriguez was also a member of the board of directors for Gaucho Group Holdings, traded on NASDAQ as VINO, and was the chair of the Compensation Committee. Gaucho is a multi-faceted portfolio of brands in luxury hotels, real estate, wine, and electronic retailing of luxury fashions and home goods industries. During her tenure she directed the team with scaling and expanding into new markets and advised on strategic cobranding opportunities. She was recruited and selected by Rand Corporation to be a member of the board of directors for their Center for Global Risk and Security (CGRS). As an advisor to this prestigious global think tank, she advised on global security perspectives and risks both on land and at sea from billion-dollar corporations’ perspectives. She also provided global governance insights and fiduciary guidance.
