Caroline Meinhardt is a policy analyst in APCO Worldwide’s Beijing office. She specializes in government affairs and policy monitoring and analysis. Ms. Meinhardt follows developments in Chinese politics and economics, and advises clients in a variety of sectors ranging from health care and education to information and communication technology. She serves as co-editor of APCO’s China Reform Watch.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Meinhardt gained work experience at a Sino-German consulting company advising on Chinese market entry and strategy. She is a native German who grew up bilingually in the United Kingdom and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
Ms. Meinhardt holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge and studied Chinese Language and Literature at Peking University as a visiting student.
