Caroline Meinhardt is a project consultant in APCO Worldwide’s Beijing office, where she specializes in government affairs and policy monitoring and analysis. Ms. Meinhardt advises clients in the technology and healthcare sectors, with a focus on China’s industrial upgrading initiatives, push for artificial intelligence and cybersecurity regime. She provides risk analysis services around US-China relations to clients and coordinates APCO’s thought leadership efforts across the China offices, regularly writing and speaking publicly about related topics for organizations including the European Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Meinhardt holds a degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge and was a visiting student at Peking University. She is a native German who grew up bilingually in the United Kingdom and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
