Carlota Rabena is a Project Consultant based in APCO’s Brussels office. She is a member of the firm’s Sustainability, Energy, and Mobility Practice, where specializes in circular economy and transport files. She primarily focuses on sustainable products, textile legislation, decarbonization, as well advocacy on a variety of topics including tourism. Carlota is also part of the Global Solutions Practice in Brussels, where she helps clients navigate political and geopolitical issues. Prior to joining APCO, Carlota worked in various public sector institutions including the Spanish Foreign Ministry, Spanish Mission to El Salvador and the Balearic Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Spain, she holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington DC.
