Benjamin has spent over 15 years working with multinational corporations, private equity firms and investors in the U.S. and in Europe, leading teams that build and protect reputations across financial, government, stakeholder and consumer audiences. As a Senior Director in APCO’s New York office, he currently supports and advises clients from several industry sectors across a wide range of opportunities and challenges, including investor engagement, shareholder activism, M&A, market regulation, private equity, IPOs, bankruptcy and restructuring.
Benjamin has worked with the press corps in Brussels, London, Washington, D.C., and New York on behalf of his clients, protecting their reputation and promoting their value proposition to all audiences.
Benjamin studied antitrust law at King’s College London, is bilingual in English and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
