Alida Valle is a senior research manager at APCO and is based in Washington, D.C. She specializes in data analytics and social science research and is a member of the firm’s Insight team.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Valle was the data analytics manager at the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) where she was responsible for tracking and analyzing metrics related to HACR’s research, marketing outreach, operations, and more. She also led the organization’s Latina-specific research efforts and led the creation and content development of the HACR Research blog. Her research covered a comprehensive range of topics related to Hispanic and Latino diversity, equity, and inclusion in Corporate America.
Ms. Valle started her career in fast-fashion merchandising and analytics. She also has experience in nonprofit fundraising, community development, and advocacy. She served as a campaign fellow for then-presidential candidate Barack Obama’s 2012 “Get Out the Vote” efforts in Southwest Bucks County, a crucial district in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Valle holds dual degrees in political science and psychology from Columbia University.
