Alexandra Lazorchak leads the North America Health Practice and co-chairs the Global Health practice. She is a seasoned health strategy expert with extensive experience in communications and management consulting. Ms. Lazorchak has worked with U.S. and global clients across the health spectrum, delivering corporate communications and public affairs counsel to leading organizations.
Prior to rejoining APCO in 2018, Ms. Lazorchak held senior positions at Weber Shandwick and Biosector 2, where she helped high profile clients overcome business challenges and communicate market issues and solutions to a wide range of stakeholders, including media, policymakers, third-party groups, and opinion elites.
Ms. Lazorchak also worked for a boutique management consulting firm, providing government and commercially focused companies with strategic support. Early in her career, she managed national issues and advocacy campaigns for a variety of health, telecommunications and defense clients.
Ms. Lazorchak received a master’s degree from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in government and French from Franklin & Marshall College. She is fluent in German and has lived in numerous countries including Germany, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore.
