Alaa Khalaily

Alaa Khalaily is a consultant in APCO Worldwide’s Tel Aviv office, specializing in providing government and public affairs support to multinational clients in the IT, financial services and consumer goods sectors. He helps some of the world’s largest brands understand and act on regulatory trends in the Middle East.
Prior to joining APCO, Mr. Khalaily worked as a project manager for several educational NGO’s in parallel to his work within the tourism sector in Israel.
Mr. Khalaily holds a double major bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies and General Studies from Tel- Aviv University. During his studies, Mr. Khalaily participated in NYU’s prestigious ‘Paths to Peace’ program, which involved a semester-long conflict resolution workshop, and served as a research assistant utilizing his multilingual capabilities in Arabic, Hebrew and English to research British and Israeli real estate law.
