Abby Nickerson brings experience across communications, venture capital and startups to her work at APCO. As a Project Assistant in the New York office, she supports the Financial Communications practice, with a focus on research, strategic messaging and real-time monitoring.
Prior to joining APCO, Abby interned at Arch Street Communications, Engine Ventures and Sublime Systems. At Arch Street, she gained a broader view of PR generally, assisting in developing a marketing campaign for a large government agency. During her two summers at Engine Ventures, she supported the investment team with landscape research, investment outlooks and marketing materials. At Sublime, she was given leeway in thinking through how to best tell the company’s story.
Abby holds a B.A. in History from Yale.
