Camarco Welcomes Malika Varsani as a Director to Join Its Capital Markets Team

London – 4 December 2024: Capital Market Communications Limited (“Camarco”), the financial and corporate communications consultancy owned by global advisory and advocacy firm APCO, is pleased to announce that Malika Varsani has joined its Capital Markets practice.  

Varsani brings over 19 years of experience in financial news, research and data, with a specialisation in leveraged finance, special situations and distressed markets. Her extensive market knowledge and robust network of contacts across capital markets, fund management and advisory services position her uniquely to advise clients on their financial and corporate communications as part of Camarco’s financial services team. 

Previously, Varsani served as commercial director at Sarria – Credit Opportunities, an independent credit research firm, where she oversaw all commercial functions, including product innovation, marketing and event coordination. Before that, she was the European bureau chief at CapitalStructure, a Fitch Solutions company, where she contributed to the leveraged finance coverage and led the European editorial team, implemented strategic initiatives, oversaw system enhancements and directed marketing and events initiatives.
