Faraco

Arianna Faraco is a consultant at APCO Worldwide and is based in Rome. She specializes in international politics and EU affairs and is a member of the firm’s Global Solutions’ team. Ms. Faraco’s expertise on strategy, advocacy and communication skills are important assets for APCO’s clients, particularly when navigating complex international scenarios. ​

Prior to joining APCO, Arianna served seven years as policy adviser for a nonprofit diplomatic advisory group, Independent Diplomat, based in Brussels. In this role, she provided top-level strategic and diplomatic advice to a variety of clients, including governments, opposition movements and civil society actors involved in peace negotiations. While based in Brussels, Arianna conducted numerous field missions in the Middle East and Sahel regions to deliver her work and engage with stakeholders.​

Prior to Independent Diplomat, Arianna worked as Liaison Officer for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation during the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, and as Operations Assistant for the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations.​

Arianna is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian. She holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs.
