Elise Bukowski is a project consultant at APCO’s Beijing office. She provides government relations advisory and policy analysis to clients in a wide range of sectors, spanning fintech to retail. Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Bukowski spent time at Albright Stonebridge Group in Washington D.C., where she advised multinational clients on corporate diplomacy and geopolitical affairs. She also has experience analyzing Chinese foreign policy at the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy, a Beijing-based think tank.
Ms. Bukowski holds a master’s degree in Chinese studies with a focus on economics from the Yenching Academy at Peking University and bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a native English speaker and proficient in Mandarin.
